Archive

After one (1) month, all images will be purged from the photographer's hard drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the photographer, at the photographer’s sole discretion. The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to any physical or digital files due to circumstances beyond the photographer's control. ​Images will be purged immediately if a contract violation occurs.

Copyright & Penalty

SHOTS BY LC retains copyrights to all images created during the session. By verifying on the ​permissions page. A purchased print release through​ SHOTS BY LC ​will allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests, or using for company/brand promotion purposes, etc.). The release ​does not allow ​altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to alter, or otherwise steal any image created by SHOTS BY LC during the client’s photo session.

If the client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, the client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen. To secure any person(s), company, brand, etc. from legal action please remember to credit edited photos back to SHOTS BY LC​ via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or personal shotsbylc.com web address.
